The clouds were amazing yesterday. The whole sky looked like a Van Gogh painting. I've never seen anything like it.
As a photographer I am always a little envious of painters for the freedom they enjoy with the canvas. Photographers rely completely on actual objects and the physical world for the content of their images. I like shooting the sky, because it's the closest thing I can find to pure abstraction.
And yes, I did tweak the colors; it's not the apocalypse...yet.
